(You can only gain this effect once per turn.) When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower Normal Monster, or Level 4 or lower “Magikey” monster, in your GY; Special Summon it in Defense Position. You can only use this effect of “Maginificent Magikey Mafteal” once per turn.
